From the age of nine, I’ve been building skateboard ramps, fueled by a boundless imagination of what they could inspire—spaces that spark creativity in kids and adults alike. That passion shaped how I saw the world, turning every corner into a potential skate spot. As I grew, that vision evolved into real estate, reimagining commercial and residential spaces with the same innovative spirit. With just a one-way bus ticket from Nicaragua, six dollars, and no backup plan, my partner and I arrived in Costa Rica. We sold our first Rad Pad, built with primitive tools, and lived on rice and beans in a one-room apartment. That leap of faith sparked a movement—ten Rad Pads in our first year, followed by Skatable, where we transformed those designs into skateable casitas. We’ve already sold two, and now we’re on track to create a 15-unit resort on one of the Pacific coast’s premier surf breaks.

This journey isn’t just about building structures—it’s about fostering a lifestyle where imagination leads, where spaces empower authenticity, and where community thrives. I’m seeking visionaries to join me in expanding this dream, blending skate/surf culture, sustainable living, and eco-tourism into something extraordinary. If you see the world as a canvas for possibility and want to help shape a future where creativity knows no bounds, let’s connect and build together.
